How soon will I receive my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All in-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days after a successful order is placed. You will also receive a Shipping Confirmation email to track your shipment to check delivery status.

Some products may have special delivery arrangements or shipping times. This information will be displayed on the relevant product page.

Do you ship overseas?
We are happy to announce that we can now ship worldwide and deliver to your door for free. For most international orders, we will also take care of paying taxes and duties for you in advance.

Which products are not replaceable?

Any product opened, used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange (or refund, where applicable). See our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.

What is a custom pre-order?
A custom pre-order is an advance online purchase made before a product is ready to ship.

The Pre-Order items' ready times vary. You can check the ship out period on the relevant product page.
You will be notified as soon as your order is dispatched. The delivery time will depend on your selected shipping country.

Once your Pre-Order is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations can be made to your order.

About Shipping Items
In order to return an order, you must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address.

Returns can be mailed to: the Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address you obtained. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the item you wish to return. We will not refund shipping charges.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. We may refuse a refund if the product is found to be damaged or has been used beyond our reasonable inspection.

About Refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoy shopping with us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store refund or exchange after obtaining authorization by contacting us.

About returns

All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and tags attached.

Anime House is happy to offer credit in the form of digital gift cards that can be exchanged for anything. For returns, please email eellqq@outlook.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and address. After receiving the RMA number and address, place the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the address you received the RMA number from

Remember, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you mail your return via a trackable method.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days after receiving your item for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and a credit has been issued. Anime House reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item does not meet the above criteria.

Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns, unfortunately pre-order, sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Even though we do our best to pack each order correctly, errors may occur. If you believe you have received the wrong item,
